It’s the school’s 20th anniversary which will be celebrated with a reunion of past and present teachers and dancers who have across the two decades spread across the country.
But first, current dancers will perform their show ‘Out Of The Woods’. Dance teacher Lara Lavers described the plot as a “mash up of fairytales” involving a witch’s curse, a journey into the woods, and classic characters.
“It’s a tale of magic, friendship, family, and the choices that we make,” she said.
Dancers between the ages of two to 18 years will be performing in the performance expected to be around two hours. It will be held at the Mount Isa Civic Centre.
